What types of payment do you accept?

We take all major credit cards. Businesses on service agreements can be set up for electronic checks. If you need to pay with cash please call ahead so we can make sure to have change for you.


I went by your building and it was locked during normal business hours. What happened?

We have a sign on our door that says if the door is locked during normal business hours we are out on an installation. If you plan on coming by the office please call us first. We are short staffed and doing everything we can. If you are currently at our office and it is locked please call 601-340-4709 and it will redirect to our mobile phones so we can get someone at the office for you. Thanks!


Do you just service businesses?

NO! We also service residential clients! Give us a call and get an up front estimate for free today!

Do you have a store front?

We sure do! Our address is 122 W Franklin St. Carthage, MS. Please call us ahead of time before coming in case everyone is in the field.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! We're ready to take your call any time. We do not have overseas people that work for us that claim to be "Bob from customer service" (yeah right your name is Bob!). All of our customer service is based in the U.S. Most of the time, you'll get someone that works at Carthage. Since we are a small business we do have an answering service that takes some of our calls during busy times.


Do your maintenance agreements come with long term contracts?

Absolutely not! Our maintenance agreements are by the month, not the year. If you decide you don't like us then you have the right to cancel at any time!


Can you handle HIPAA and other legal stuff?

We can handle all of that! We have a business associate agreement for businesses under HIPAA.


So is having a "Help Desk" account really free?

Absolutely! No customer of ours will ever pay for ANYTHING when it comes to our help desk. View past and present tickets and track them in real time! Viewing your future tickets not yet supported...


Why are some of your prices so much lower than other companies?

Many companies do not have actual educated staff when it comes to computer science. They take a lot longer to do many projects that we can do very quickly. In turn you wind up paying for the hours they take to resolve your issue. We like giving up front estimates for our work so you don't have a shocking bill at the end. Estimates are free. Consults are also free.
